Chad Rowan is the founding Pastor of Compass Church of Morgantown, WV where he is passionate about sharing God’s Word, building community, and guiding others in their faith journey. Married to his lovely wife, Ashley, for over 20 years, Chad is a devoted husband and proud father of four children: Abree, Cayna, Judah, and Titus.
With a heart for servant leadership and a vision to see lives transformed by the Gospel, Chad combines biblical teaching with practical application to inspire growth in Christ. He has over a decade of ministry experience and is employed as a Research Scientist at the Department of Energy. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth baseball, hunting, fishing and woodworking.
